Ambassadors of UPH
Internal Relations Department
An annual program by BEM UPH Medan Campus to find qualified gems who have the heart, calling and will to serve and give impacts. Ambassador of UPH Medan Campus will represent UPH Medan Campus to Ambassadors of One-UPH in Lippo Village. This program was formerly named Miss UPH Scholar.
The Top 12 of Ambassadors of UPH will continue giving impact to student by serving in Ambassadors of UPH organization.
Leadership Development Camp
Organization & Student Development Department
An annual program by BEM UPH Medan Campus to prepare young intellectual who are mature in their leadership spirit and realize the values of integrity in a democratic campus life. Leadership Development Camp was first introduced in 2018.
In Leadership Development Camp (LDC), students will learn leadership values through games and bond with other students.
Student Club Expo
Internal Relations Department
An annual program by BEM UPH Medan Campus to introduce all student clubs to all students, especially new students. In this event, BEM UPH Medan Campus collaborates with all student clubs to provide information and registration for student clubs.
In September 2020, Student Club Expo 2020 was conducted online, collaborating with 15 student clubs and providing mini trial classes for the first time. Almost 600 registrations occurred in this event.
Student Life Cup
Internal Relations Department
An annual program by BEM UPH Medan Campus to facilitate students and student clubs members to showcase their abilities. BEM collaborates with all student clubs in this event.
In 2020, Student Life Cup had 17 games and competitions which are divided into 8 soft skills, with about 800 participants and 143 winners.
EI Seminar Series
Perception & Reasoning Development Department
An annual program by BEM UPH Medan Campus to reinforce students’ intelligence and soft skills. In this program, BEM-UPH collaborates with external partners and experts to discuss relevant topics.
In 2020, EI Vol. 2: Ethical Intelligence was conducted online and impacted more than 200 participants. We invited Mr. Suharjo Setio in 2019. In 2020, we invited Mr. Roger D. Garrick, the Founder of the Otter Space.

10.000 Kebaikan & Uriah Tutoring
Community Service Department
An annual program to help underprivileged children in getting a proper education, exploring and honing their potential. Through this program, students can give donations to orphanage and join a team of tutors in Uriah Tutoring.
In 2020, this program collected almost 20 million rupiah for Panti Asuhan Satu Kasih Medan.
Comparative Study
External Relations Department
An annual program by BEM UPH Medan Campus to reinforce our connection with other organizations and universities, as well as understand the innovation of working system in other organizations. By doing so, we can evaluate our own system and grow better.
In 2018, we have done a comparative study with STIM SUKMA Medan. In 2019, the comparative study was done with PEMA USU. In 2020, we were invited by BEM UPH Surabaya Campus to join a comparative study with BEMU Ma Chung.
